Service Description

Individual spirituality is often described as a “walk,” “journey,” “path,” or “way.” With time, relationship changes, and challenging life circumstances, we may find ourselves navigating new or uncomfortable spaces. Maybe right now you find yourself on a crowded city street, walking alone through a deep forest, or climbing a mountain peak. Spiritual direction offers a place for you to rest on that journey and reflect on your current reality with a spiritual listener. It is sacred space, and we trust that the Spirit is with us as the true director. Spiritual companionship requires trust, open communication, and connection. No two relationships are alike, and a good fit is important.  ​ Here are some things we might talk about in a first meeting:  - What do you hope for from spiritual direction?  - Tell me a little about your experience of God.  - What spiritual practices have you found meaningful?
